Fresh from being awarded the ‘Ultimate Confidence Queens’ at the Cosmopolitan Ultimate Women of the Year Awards 2012, the Kardashian sisters speak exclusively to British Cosmopolitan about how they remain confident despite living their lives under the microscope.

How do the sisters stay positive when people criticize them? 

Khloé: “It isn’t easy. My weight fluctuates, like any normal girl, and I have times when I feel insecure. So if I come under scrutiny at one of those times, then I might get really down on myself. But the next day, I might be like, ‘Oh, f**k off, I’m so much better than that.’ I have moments of weakness, but mostly I brush the criticism off… Who cares if I’m not a size zero? I don’t want to be. 
I love my body; I’m healthy, I work out. But I also enjoy life… the more scrutiny I am under, the more confident I become. I am who I am. I can’t do anything about it, and I love who I am.”

What does confidence mean to the girls?

Kim: “It’s amazing. I want to teach my future daughters – and Penelope [Kourtney’s four-month-old] – that confidence is everything. I don’t mean cockiness; just being sure of yourself.”

Kourtney: “It is. I always remember high school and think, ‘If only I had the confidence back then that I have now.’”

Who do they turn to for a confidence boost?

Kim: “… My boyfriend [Kanye West]. He’s great at boosting my confidence. He gives me compliments in every way possible.”

Whose confidence do they admire?

Kourtney: “I think our sister Kylie [16] has such confidence; it’s just amazing.”

Kim: “She’s such an old soul. I’ve been going to her for relationship advice for years. She has always steered me in the right direction since she was about 12. She would be like, ‘OK, do not call him.’” 

Kourtney: “I admire Rihanna and Victoria Beckham. They always look so confident.”

What are their style tips for confidence? 

Khloé: “I like a bright lip. Even if you have no other makeup on, it makes you look chic and ‘done’. And my hair down, messy and long.”

Kourtney: “I like putting my hair up into a little bun – that always makes me feel put together. I also spray my face with rose water. It makes me feel clean and fresh, even if I’m sweaty and gross.”

Kim: “Big sunglasses. You can have no makeup on, but a cute outfit that just looks effortless, then put on some big shades and you’re good to go.”

Does being compared affect their sisterly relationship?

Kourtney: “I truly want the best for my sisters from the bottom of my heart. When they feel pain, I feel pain. Their struggles are my struggles. And their joy is my joy. Nothing anyone says can change that. Every person is different. That’s what makes the world go round.”

The Kardashian sisters won the Ultimate Confidence Queens Award at the Cosmopolitan Ultimate Women Awards 2012 with VO5 on 30th October.

The award has been celebrated by featuring the Kardashians on the cover of the December issue of British Cosmopolitan. The December issue is on sale on 8th November and the Kardashians feature as one of two covers.

Kourtney Kardashian Kicks Scott Disick Out

Kourtney Kardashian has reached her limit with her boyfriend and the father of her children, Scott Disick! In Touch — on newsstands now — can reveal that the couple will be living in different apartments while shooting the upcoming season of Kourtney & Kim Take Miami this fall.

While they’ll be in the same building with “Kim and Kanye West and everybody else involved in the show, Kourtney and Scott will be living in separate apartments,” a Kardashian insider confirms to In Touch.

Friends say Kourtney is so fed up with his hard partying and immature behavior that she can barely stand to be in the same room with him. However, living apart may be a recipe for disaster, say those who know the couple.

“It’s the worst possible situation for Kourtney,” explains an associate. “Scott’s friends in Miami are partiers, and they’re all in the club scene — so he’ll be worse than ever. With his own apartment, he’ll have the privacy to do whatever he wants without Kourtney knowing.”

“She’ll still have to film with Scott every day and hear about all the bad things he’s done,” says the associate, “without being able to do anything about it.” Says the insider: “There’s going to be a lot of drama.”

Church Time for Kourtney and Kim Kardashian with kids

She is famed for her dangerous curves and Kim Kardashian just isn’t herself unless she is showing them off.

But the reality star did her best to cover up today as she went to church in Los Angeles with her sister Kourtney, nephew Mason and baby niece Penelope.

However the 31-year-old’s ensemble wasn’t entirely appropriate for the sacred tradition as it fell a little on the racy side.

Kim sported a black top tucked into a pleated skirt which was rather short and left a lot of leg on display as she walked to church clutching Mason’s hand.

Meanwhile her footwear consisted of a pair of black caged ankle boots with stiletto heels.

Thankfully Kim managed to add a demure touch to her look with the help of a white blazer and she swept her locks into a braided updo.



She then was treated to a cooked breakfast courtesy of Kourtney and shared a photo of her sister whipping up a storm while sporting a humorous monkey hat.

Kim wrote alongside the image: ‘I woke up this morning to this...gotta love @kourtneykardash making breakfast.’
It has been a busy weekend for the star who yesterday attended a friend’s Mad Hatter themed baby shower.

Kourtney Kardashian: "I Gained Nearly 45 Pounds" During Pregnancy

Blissed out with new daughter Penelope Scotland Disick, second-time mom Kourtney Kardashian is not sweating the post-baby body slimdown just yet, she recently told Us Weekly.

The 33-year-old reality star admits she's "not really" thinking about losing the baby weight at the moment. "I gained nearly 45 pounds. I'm 5 feet tall, so that's a lot," says Kourtney, who gave birth to Penelope on July 8. Her strategy for now? "While I'm here around the house, I just eat healthy."

And when 2-year-old Mason Disick's 7 pound, 14 ounce little sister arrived at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, a packed house was on hand: proud papa Scott Disick, Kourtney's sisters Kim and Khloe Kardashian and Kendall and Kylie Jenner, brother Rob Kardashian and mom Kris Jenner.

Despite the audience, the deliver was "really easy," Kourtney says -- and, just as she did with Mason, she pulled out her daughter herself.

"I did! She was coming out, and I was thinking, I should pull her," Kourtney says. "With Mason, I had no idea I was going to do that. This time, I thought, This is what I'm supposed to do."

Adds Disick, 29: "Our doctor has grown fond of that maneuver, and we're fond of it too."
But it remains to be seen whether Penelope's very first moment will air on Keeping Up with the Kardashians.

"I don't know yet," Kourtney admits. "We it tape it with our cameras, and Scott was taping some of it on his iPad."

And little Penelope is already a looker. "When I first saw her little face . . . it's just so crazy! It's really exciting. . . She has the Kardashian eyelashes!"

Kourtney Kardashian Brings Baby Girl Penelope to Kylie Jenner’s Birthday Dinner

Penelope Scotland Disick is already a fine diner!

Kourtney Kardashian and beau Scott Disick brought their newborn baby girl — along with her big brother, Mason, 2 — to Nobu in Malibu, Calif., to celebrate Kylie Jenner‘s 15th birthday on Friday night.

Holding her son’s hand, Kardashian showed off her post-baby body in a a polka-dot blue blouse and slimming black pants.

But baby Penelope was tucked out of sight.

Carried in a convertible car seat by Disick, Penelope was cozy under a baby blanket as the family of four made its way into the posh eatery.

Kardashian and Disick — who have been dating for six years — welcomed their second child on July 8, and have wasted no time showing off their beautiful daughter.
