Kelly Osbourne hits The Hospital after Seizure

Kelly Osbourne was just rushed to an L.A. hospital after suffering a seizure while taping her show "Fashion Police."

An ambulance rushed to the scene and Kelly was taken away by stretcher. People held up white sheets to shield her from the media and a white sheet was covering her entire body, including her face.

Kelly was sitting in a chair, shooting the show in front of a full studio audience. Melissa Rivers was sitting next to her, filling in for Giuliana Rancic. Kelly turned to Melissa and said, "I don't feel good," and then she fell out of the chair and started shaking. Melissa then turned Kelly's head to help her. Someone from the audience -- some kind of emergency responder -- then ran up and helped.

Kelly came around a few moments later, but her handlers wanted to have her hospitalized anyway.

The incident occurred at the E! building on Wilshire Blvd., just before noon.

We do not know what triggered the episode. As for her condition, it's unknown, but Joan Rivers -- who was also present on set when Kelly suffered the seizure -- tells TMZ, "She is fine. We just saw her."

Kelly Osbourne: 'Best thing about being a woman is having a vagina'

Kelly Osbourne revealed a lot more to Digital Spy than we expected when we asked her about womanhood.

The presenter joked as she spoke to us at the Cosmopolitan Ultimate Women Awards last night, and said: "The best thing about being a woman is having a vagina." She continued: "I don't mean it! Women are so much more powerful than men. They may be stronger and faster than us, but a woman's intuition is something men wish they could have."

On her infamous weight loss, she said: "I worked hard for this [body]. There's a lot of bloody sweat gone into it. Unfortunately there's no secret. I work out and eat right. I wish I could tell you something else. A lot of people think I've had stomach surgery - I haven't. It's taken me three years."

Asked whether she ever lost her willpower and binged, she admitted: "Hell, yeah! I had a photoshoot in a bikini a while ago and I didn't want to do it, but I was really healthy and doing my yoga before it.

"As soon as it was over, I was eating everything I could get my hands on - pizza, anything... I'm pretty much off the booze, but I can't lie and say I never have a drink. I do occasionally. It's a calorie killer - f**k yeah. I'd rather have a piece of cake!"

Kelly, who has recently spoken out about being suicidal a few years ago, said she felt a lot of pressure to maintain being a good role model. She revealed: "It's weird, I get a lot of messages from young girls on Twitter, and it's really inspiring but incredibly scary because that puts you on a pedestal, and I'm not perfect."

On having babies and getting married to her chef boyfriend Matthew Mosshart, she said with a smile: "He's amazing. I don't know."

Kelly Osbourne Apologizes After Wearing $250,000 Nail Polish to Emmy Awards

Kelly Osbourne issued a Twitter apology of sorts on Wednesday after the Fashion Police host was criticized for wearing a $250,000 manicure to the Emmys on Sunday.

“I see that my nail polish has offended some of you,” she write, “however I see your point, but it was a once in a lifetime experience. #MyApologies.”

“Please forgive me for not regretting it,” she continued. “It made me feel like a queen!”

Osbourne, 27, wore a p0lish created by jeweler Azature that consisted of 267-carats of black diamond. Although the polish came with a hefty price tag, Osbourne says she she did not drop a penny to wear it on Sunday.

“I was just lucky enough to be the one that got picked to wear it,” she said.
